Explore Apparel's No-Nonsense Return Policy

Yo, Listen Up, Fashion Rebels!

So, you snagged some fresh gear from Explore Apparel, and for some wild reason, it's just not hitting right? Maybe the vibe's off, maybe it's not festival-ready, or maybe you just had a moment of questionable judgment (we've all been there, no shade). Don't sweat it. We get it. Even the most legendary drops sometimes need a trip back to the block.

We’re all about keeping your style game strong and your threads on point. But before you send that fire back to our doorstep, let's lay down some ground rules, Explore Apparel style. We're fair, but we're also not running a free wardrobe rental service for your latest TikTok challenge.

The Lowdown: What We'll Take Back (and What We Won't)

1. The "Still Fresh" Rule (aka Unworn & Unwashed, People!)

  • YES, WE'LL TAKE IT: If it still looks like it just dropped off the hanger, smells like our warehouse (which, trust us, is a good thing – no suspicious odors, please!), and hasn't seen the inside of your washing machine or a mosh pit, you're golden. All original tags, labels, and whatever secret sauce it came with need to be intact. Think of it as: "Could we legitimately sell this to another trendsetter without them raising an eyebrow?" If the answer is yes, we're cool.

  • NO, WE WON'T: If it smells like last night's slice, has suspicious stains (we don't wanna know), pet hair that suggests a small zoo lives in your closet, or looks like it survived a wrestling match, it's a hard pass. Seriously, we're not running a laundry service, and our squad deserves pristine gear. We'll send that back faster than you can say "fashion faux pas."

2. The Time Warp Clause (You Got 30 Days, Fam)

  • You've got 30 days from the date your gear landed on your doorstep to decide if it's a permanent resident in your wardrobe or if it needs to bounce. After that? Fuhgeddaboudit. Our trends move fast, and so should your decisions. Consider it a style deadline.

3. Original Packaging: Keep It Clean!

  • Please, for the love of all that's holy in streetwear, send it back in its original packaging (or something equally protective). We want it to arrive safe and sound, not looking like it just hitchhiked cross-country.

The Return Ritual: How to Make it Happen

Ready to initiate the sacred return dance? Follow these steps, and we'll handle the rest:

  1. Hit Us Up First: Don't just ship it and pray. Email our customer service crew at support@exploreapparel.com with your order number and a quick (and hopefully humorous) reason for the return. We'll send you an Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions. No RA number, no dice. It's like a VIP pass to the return party.

  2. Pack It Tight: Securely pack your item(s) (in that pristine condition we talked about) with the original invoice or a note including your order number and the RA number.

  3. Ship It Back: Send your package to the address we provide. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, because if it gets lost in the concrete jungle, that's on you, not us. We can't refund what we don't receive.

The Payback: Refunds & Exchanges

Once your returned gear makes it back to our HQ and passes our rigorous (but fair) inspection for freshness, here's what goes down:

  • Refunds: We'll hit your original payment method with a refund faster than a beat drops. Give it about 5-10 business days for your bank to catch up and process it.

  • Exchanges: Wanna swap it for a different size, color, or maybe even a whole new piece that screams "you"? Let us know when you email us. We'll get that exchange sorted out, assuming we've got the goods in stock.

The "No-Go" List (Sorry, Not Sorry)

Some things are just final – like that killer tattoo or your commitment to streetwear. These items are strictly non-returnable:

  • Final Sale Items: If it's marked "Final Sale," consider it a permanent addition to your collection. No backsies.

  • Intimates & Undergarments: For obvious hygiene reasons, once these leave our hands, they're yours for life. No exceptions.

  • Gift Cards: You can't return good vibes, can you?

  • Anything Worn, Washed, or Modified: (See "Still Fresh" Rule above – we meant it!)

Shipping: Who Foots the Bill?

  • Your Dime: Unless we messed up (which, let's be real, rarely happens because we're meticulous!), return shipping costs are on you. Consider it the small price for changing your mind.

  • Our Bad: If you received the wrong item, a defective piece, or something that clearly went rogue on its journey to you, we'll cover the return shipping. We'll send you a prepaid label because we believe in making things right when it's our fault.

Got a Defect? We're on It Like White on Rice.

If your Explore Apparel gear arrives looking like it lost a fight with a factory machine (a rare occurrence, we promise, our quality control is legit!), hit us up immediately (within 7 days of delivery, please). Snap some pics of the damage and email them to store@exploreapparel.com. We'll make sure you get a fresh, flawless piece or a full refund – because you deserve nothing less than perfection.
